JRZY · founding class & Free Play · effective August 2026

What we collect right now

If you join the founding class waitlist or claim a Free Play spot, we collect the email you give us, the athlete's age group and sport, a ZIP code, and, if you arrived from an ad or link, basic campaign tags. That is all.

How we use it

Session confirmations, the representative sign-off form, and the invite when doors open. We use campaign tags to understand which channels reached you. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Kids come first

JRZY is built for young athletes, so the rules are strict. For anyone under 18, the email on file must belong to a parent or guardian, no athlete profile becomes public without a representative's written sign-off, and representatives can pause or remove a profile at any time. We never publish a minor's contact information, school, or schedule.

Free Play sessions

Free Play attendance requires a signed representative waiver, delivered by email before the first session. Check-ins at the field are logged to the athlete's play record. Sessions are funded by the JRZY Foundation and are free to attend.

Cookies & analytics

We use basic analytics to count visits and measure signups. Campaign tags are stored in your browser until you sign up or clear them.

Unsubscribe & removal

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Draft for launch. Backend/legal: review before ads go live, insert the Foundation's legal name, confirm the waiver text, and confirm the analytics disclosure matches the pixel actually installed. COPPA review required for under-13 email capture.
